OUR ROLE
What is the role of the Silton Recreation Board?
VISION– To make Silton a community everyone is proud to call home.
MISSION– The mission of the Silton Recreation board is to assist volunteers in the village and surrounding municipalities create a variety of sport, culture and recreation opportunities that promote health and wellness, a sense of community and fun.
Our board also distributes the Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant
This grant supports groups, organizations and/ or volunteers that create sport, culture or recreational opportunities is the area that align with our vision and mission statements.
OUR GOALS
Help the Village create & maintain safe & usable green spaces
- Ball Diamonds
- Multi-Sport Court (Pickleball, Basketball)
- Outdoor Arena (4H, Skating Rink, Volleyball)
- Playground
